At HOF Migration, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. If you wish to cancel a service, you may do so within 24 hours of making the payment, provided that work on your file has not yet commenced and no submissions have been made to any immigration authorities or third parties.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@hofmigration.com or call us at +971 4 576 6563 within the specified time frame. All approved cancellations will be refunded via the original mode of payment.
Please note:
Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card or payment provider.
