Phase 1

Prospective individuals who possess an inclination can provide their CV/Resume, and our team will evaluate candidates by considering their background and potential.

Phase 2

In the event that our team identifies promising attributes in a candidate's profile, the candidate will be notified and guided to our Job Readiness Program Portal. There, they will have access to comprehensive program details and the opportunity to enroll in our services.

Phase 3

After completing the registration process, the Job Readiness Program (JRP) begins, encompassing the following elements:
- Professional assistance from a recruitment expert in crafting a Canadian-style resume and receiving support for creating a cover letter.
- Preparation for virtual or online interviews.
- Aid in optimizing and enhancing LinkedIn profiles to align with Canadian expectations.
- Additionally, personalized value-added services will be offered throughout this phase.

Phase 4

Furthermore, our team will conduct individual Zoom sessions with candidates for the following purposes:
- To analyze candidates' past work experiences and qualifications in order to determine appropriate job titles for targeted keyword searches. This information will assist our search team in submitting job applications on behalf of the candidates.
- To provide coaching on interview preparation and strategies for succeeding in interviews with Canadian employers in the event that candidates are shortlisted.

Phase 5

Once the key words for job search are identified, our team will initiate the job matching and application process for the candidates, following these guidelines:
- The HOF Immigration team will submit applications for a minimum of 50 suitable jobs based on the identified job titles and key words.
- Our team will exclusively apply for positions within Canada.
- We will thoroughly review various Canadian job boards and portals to ensure that the job postings are not restricted to "Canadian Citizens/Permanent Residents" only.
- This meticulous approach will ensure that we target the right opportunities, increasing the chances for our candidates to secure interviews if their skill sets are viewed favorably by Canadian employers.

Phase 6

To assist candidates who receive an offer letter, HOF Immigration will provide support for their immigration requirements in the following manner:
- Our organization employs licensed RCICs (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants) who are authorized to legally represent our candidates. This includes handling processes such as LMIA (Labor Market Impact Assessment) applications with ESDC (Employment & Social Development Canada), the federal authority responsible for assessing these applications.
- If a positive LMIA decision is obtained, our RCICs will proceed with the necessary steps for Work Permit applications on behalf of the candidates.
