Refund Policy – HOF Migration Document Clearing Service L.L.C
At HOF Migration Document Clearing Service L.L.C (“we”, “our”, “us”), we value transparency and integrity in all our dealings. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.
General Refund Terms
All services offered by HOF Migration are subject to individual case assessments and customized solutions. Hence, payments made for consultation, documentation, visa processing, training, or advisory services are non-refundable once the process has been initiated or documentation has been submitted to relevant authorities.
Refunds, if any, will be granted at the sole discretion of HOF Migration management and only in exceptional circumstances where:
- A duplicate payment has been made.
- The client cancels the service before any substantial work has been initiated.
- The company is unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to internal issues
Refund Eligibility Conditions
A refund request will be considered only when:
- The client provides a valid written reason for dissatisfaction or cancellation.
- No part of the application has been submitted to any third-party organizations such as immigration authorities, embassies, training bodies, or legal representatives.
- Services not rendered due to unforeseen internal constraints at HOF Migration.
Refund Process and Timeline
- Approved refund requests will be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- Refunds will be credited to the original card/account used for the transaction.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Non-Refundable Services
- Visa filing fees paid to government authorities
- Third-party charges (e.g., WES, IELTS/TEF test centers, legal notaries)
- Administrative, documentation, or advisory services already rendered
- Rejected visa applications (due to client’s fault, misrepresentation, or ineligibility)
Client Responsibilities
Clients must read and understand the service scope and charges before making any payment.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Failure to do so may lead to rejection of services without eligibility for refund.
